DUI Arrest Near Route 44 and Lawrence Avenue
The following information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.
Operation While Under the Influence
James R. Marsh, 42, 223 Kingswood Dr., Avon, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with failure to drive in the proper lane, an infraction, on Feb. 9 at 11:15 p.m. Avon police arrested him near the intersection of Route 44 and Lawrence Avenue. Police released him on a $500 non-surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 22.
