Lady Majic brought her practical jokes and her team of Harlem Ambassadors showed Avon their dancing, comedy and, of course, basketball skills to raise money for Avon Dollars for Scholars.

In a friendly game against the Avon Scholars team, made up of Avon residents and public officials, members of the community and local businesses raised $18,000.

After event costs are subtracted, about $12,000 of the funds raised will go toward college scholarships for Avon students who need financial aid and/or excel academically.
