6 year old Avon resident Leah
Violante was recently chosen to play a part on the long running television series of Law & Order SVU.
Leah, who is the daughter of Jeanene and Dominick
Violante, was called by the modeling agency that represents her after they received a call from the production company of the show.
The agency had originally called to
have Leah audition for a Pepperidge Farms cookie commercial, but then called back the next day to cancel the audition and let her parents know that she had been chosen for the part on Law & Order. Leah was filmed for her part on Friday December 21, 2012 in New York City, and this is her first acting job.
The show which is slated to air on
Wednesday January 30, at 9:00 pm on NBC, is a flashback episode.
Leah was part of numerous flashback
scenes in which one of the storyline adult actresses was flashing back to when she was in grade school.
