CLINICAL EDUCATIONAL SUPPORT PROGRAM BENEFITS FROM UNICO NATIONAL GRANT

Last year, the Clinical Educational Support Program at FOCUS Center for Autism received $4,200 from UNICO National to purchase a Smartboard and iPad2. Since then, the technology has been fully integrated into the classroom and the results have been phenomenal. The children have benefitted from interactive lessons and activities that expand their learning potential. They have also been able to improve essential life skills, such as organization and time management, through the utilization of apps recommended for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. This venture has been a resounding success, and FOCUS Center for Autism is grateful to UNICO National for their generosity.
