Farmington Woods Showcases the Canton High School Jazz Band

CONNECT Chair Francine Hunter promised that the Canton High School Jazz Band would 'blow the roof off' the Farmington Woods Clubhouse North Lounge at their March 5th concert.  The standing-room-only audience proved her right as they rose in thundering applause at the end of the presentation of compositions of such legends as Duke Ellington, Count Basie and Henry Mancini.  CHS Music Department Chair Tom Scavone provided some feedback the next day: “I cannot thank you enough welcoming us to your community.  I have never received so many positive comments from my students and their parents as I have from this event. We had an absolutely great time!!  Hopefully, we can return at some point to perform for you again."
