This Sunday Connecticut's First Indoor Rowing Center Open House

Power 10, Connecticut’s first dedicated indoor rowing center, will be holding an Open House on Sunday April 13th from 1pm to 4pm. Geared towards athletes and the fitness-minded young and old, Power 10 offers a low impact, high calorie burn, full-body workout in an efficient and fun 50-minute session.  Using state-of-the-art Concept 2 ergometers (rowing machines), the only Swingulator (rowing simulator) in Connecticut and a team of dedicated, passionate and experienced rowing coaches, a complete exercise program is provided that will help you keep in shape, lose weight, cross-train for another sport, rehabilitate from injury or surgery or compete on the water.

“There is no workout quite like rowing,” says Renee Jones, co-founder of Power 10. “Anyone can try it and anyone can do it. And with our superb line-up of coaches, you can see visible improvement in technique even after just one session.”

The Open House will provide an opportunity to try out a rowing machine, speak to the coaches, try the Swingulator, tour the center and sign up for the Spring program or become a member. Drop in at any time between 1pm and 4pm on Sunday April 13th.
