POLL: Will Tomorrow Be Halloween or "Hallowon't"?

Parents, do you think it is safe to take your child trick-or-treating tomorrow?

With the downed trees and power lines, it raises the question about the fate of Haloween.

Connecticut Light & Power advises anyone who decides to go trick-or-treating to take caution.

"With today being Halloween, CL&P is strongly advising residents to accompany their children while trick or treating to help them avoid any potentially dangerous situation," CL&P wrote in a press release. "Be on the watch for downed lines that may be unseen and obscured by fallen limbs or snow."
