VIDEO: FAVARH Encourages the Abilities of the Disabled

FAVARH, the Arc of the Farmington Valley, works with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.

But if you meet one of their clients, like Avon resident , who has climbed mountains, done extensive hiking, run in road races, competed in Ireland and China for the Special Olympics and done skydiving, it's hard to focus on anything but their abilities.
