Want to Learn the Art of Butchering?

A "cutting a lamb" class will be held at The Meat House on June 27.

If you want to get a great experience, tips, recipes and more, check out The Meat House "cutting a lamb" class on June 27.

The class will begin at 6:30 p.m. and the cost is $20.

Participants in the class will be able to ask questions and get ideas for cooking different cuts of lamb. 

The lamb is from Sepe Farms, which is located in Sandy Hook. The farm specializes in Connecticut grown lamb that is pastured and grain fed in a natural, stress free environment. Lambs are raised without feeding hormones, additives, or antibiotics.
