Attention Avon Sports Fans - Watch Falcon Action on TV!

The high school fall sports season is well underway, and this year there’s a new way to keep up with the action. The NFHS Network will be filming CIAC games throughout the season, and CPTV Sports is broadcasting an unprecedented 40 games featuring 70 different schools and co-ops over the course of the fall season.

Avon is fortunate to have three of its teams being filmed in action - Girls and Boys Soccer, and Football.  Each game will be aired three times, as follows.

The Girls Soccer game vs. Bolton will be filmed at Fisher Meadows on Tuesday October 8th and broadcast on:

10/10 at 7:30 p.m., 10/11 at 3:00 p.m. and 10/12 at 5:00 p.m.

The Football game vs. North Branford will be filmed at Avon High School on Saturday, October 12th and broadcast on:

10/16 at 8:00 p.m., 10/20 at 10:00 a.m., and 10/22 at 9:00 p.m.

The Boys Soccer game vs. Ellington will be filmed at Avon High School on Tuesday, 10/22 and broadcast on:

10/24 at 7:30 p.m., 10/25 at 3:00 p.m. and 10/26 at 5:00 p.m.

Fans should check CPTVSports.org to find CPTV Sports on their local cable channel, and check listings for changes.
