$221,000, 27 Wheeler Rd. Gregory H. Priest to Ashley L. Shapiro and Kelly L. Chadbourne, sold Feb. 23.
$276,000, 172 Haynes Rd. Georgette A. Sheridan, trustee of the Sheridan Family Living Trust, to Elisabeth M. and David W. Swanson, sold Feb.24.
