One More Day of Costume Shopping Until Spirit Halloween Closes for Season

Red Sox players' beards have gotten pretty long as they grew them out for team spirit trough the World Series.

It was so much of a hit this season that most Spirit Halloween stores are out of beards because so many Red Sox fans are buying them for their Halloween costumes.

Don't have a Halloween costume yet? It's not too late! While Spirit Halloween might be out of beards, there are still plenty of costumes left from superheroes and princesses to monsters.

Many shoppers were in the store on Wednesday picking out costumes at its new location in the former TJ Maxx space next to Snap Fitness on Route 44.

The store will be open until 10 p.m. on Halloween.

Other popular costumes in the store this year are colored skin suits for kids and "The Walking Dead" characters for adults. Spirit Halloween has gotten a lot of inquiries about "Breaking Bad" costumes because of the series closing season this fall, but there are none in stock.

You can get a head start on next year's costume with a post-Halloween sale Friday. Costumes will be 25 percent off and decor will be 50 percent off.

The shop closes for the season on Saturday.
