What Should Go Into Former Colony Grill in Avon?

Colony Grill quietly closed Monday at the Nod Brook Mall location in Avon that it opened at six months ago.

While it's sad to see restaurants close in Avon, particularly new ones, vacancies also open the doors for new businesses.

What type of business would you see move into the storefront? Another restaurant? Something different?
