Avon Resident and Bloomfield Executive Shares How Executive On-boarding Attracts and Retains Talent

(Hartford, CT) – Do you have senior-level employees who are new to the area or have just been promoted?  Could you or your employees benefit from a deeper connection to your organization and the community?

Frank Roche, Vice President, Employee Communications, Cigna, participated in Leadership Greater Hartford's Executive Orientation Program.  He shares that the program "Is so terrific!  Dazzling!  The program has been a highlight of my time here and I look forward to continuing my associations with Leadership Greater Hartford (Hartford's biggest boosters and assets) and my fellow executive participants."

The Executive Orientation Program is a six-session program designed for senior-level executives who are relatively new to the community, their jobs, or who, in general, would benefit from a deeper connection to Hartford’s issues, institutions, and leadership.  Participants meet the region's influential leaders and discover places that make Greater Hartford an amazing place to live, work and play.  Executives receive a quick, in-depth understanding of the key players and discover ways they can feel at home, develop roots, and become actively involved in the Greater Hartford community.

Leadership Greater Hartford is accepting applications now for the 2014 Executive Orientation Program that begins in early September.  Please visit  https://www.leadershipgh.org/programs/adult-programs/executive-orientation.html or contact Katy Bannister at katy.bannister@leadershipgh.org for more information.

Leadership Greater Hartford (LGH) is the most comprehensive nonprofit community leadership organization in the country. It provides leadership training to individuals ranging from high school age to retirees, with community service projects featured in most programs.
