Reid and Riege Announces the Election of a New Stockholder

Reid and Riege, P.C. is pleased to announce that Robyn C. Abbate has been named a Stockholder of the firm.

Robyn is a member of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Practice Area where she is counsel to a broad range of clients including publicly traded companies, closely held business and nonprofit organizations in the areas of commercial real estate, contracts, land use and environmental law.  She also has significant experience in commercial leasing, assisting developers, landlords and tenants, including several Fortune 500 companies, on both a local and national level, with due diligence, preparation and negotiation of commercial lease agreements and merger/acquisition due diligence.  Robyn is co-chair of the firm’s Women’s Alliance and was recently selected as a “New Leader in the Law” for 2013 by the Connecticut Law Tribune. 

Robyn received her J.D., cum laude, from Western New England College School of Law and her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Connecticut.
