Avon Man Charged with Assault and Disorderly Conduct
The following arrests were recorded in the Avon Police Department on April 4 and 5, 2011.
DUI
Arturo Perez-Fraga, 39, 299 Waterville Rd., Avon, was arrested April 4 at 11:49 p.m. on charges of failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without a licence. Police released him on a $500 surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in Hartford Superior Court on April 20.
DISORDERLY CONDUCT

Mark Phillip Milligan, 48, 20 Meadowbrook Lane, Avon, was arrested at his home on April 5 at 6:59 p.m. on charges of disorderly conduct and third-degree assault. Police released him on a $500 surety bond and he was scheduled to appear in Hartford Community Court on April 6.
