Corrections Feb. 7-13, 2011
The following corrections were made in articles this week.
In the article "Town Council Accepts $19.6 Million Proposed Budget for Next Year," published on Feb. 12, Patch originally reported that Pamela Samul is Democrat, but she is a Republican. This article initially stated that the Avon Volunteer Fire Department's preliminary budget request was $14 million, but the figure published should have been $1.4 million. Both have been corrected.
In the Feb. 9 article "Board of Education Votes Unanimously in Favor of $2.1 Million Budget Increase," Patch had originally published that the original proposed budget increase was 4.43 percent, but it was actually 4.93 percent. This error has been corrected.
