Five Things Avon Seniors and Athletes Should Know on the Last Day of May

Welcome back from a three-day weekend, Avon!

Tuesday is a big day for Avon High School seniors. The senior class picnic runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at High Meadow. 

Make sure to wear sunscreen! It's supposed to be mostly sunny with highs of 87 degrees Fahrenheit, according to the National Weather Service. 

It is senior night for the high school choir, which is performing in the final concert of the year at 7 p.m.

Boys and girls varsity track teams are both competing Tuesday at the  CIAC Class MM Championships at Middletown High School at 2:30 p.m. Good luck!
