FREE Blood Pressure Screening sponsored by the Farmington Valley VNA

 Avon  See map

High blood pressure has no symptoms, and if left untreated, can cause serious damage to many of the body's organs and may lead to stroke, heart attack, or kidney damage.

The Farmington Valley VNA is sponsoring free blood pressure screenings for individuals in general, those at risk, and anyone currently taking medication to see if their blood pressure is within normal range. A Registered Nurse will check your blood pressure, record the reading on a convenient wallet-size card, and answer health questions on mediations, diet, and exercise.

Please call the Farmington Valley VNA's Community Programs department at 860.651.3539 for more information.
