Dr. Todd A. Born, a naturopathic physician, will give a free talk about senior health at Healthtrax in Hartford Hospital's Avon Wellness Center, from 2-3.  It is open to members and non-members.  This will coincide with Healthtrax Silver Sneakers Program.
