It is time to decide! Who among us is truly the best of the best - the KING OF THE MOUNTAIN! In this NEW, fun-filled event we will test the skills of all who want to enter. Within the age categories of 14 and under, 15-21 and 21+, we’ll see who can negotiate the slalom gates, jumps, and bumps to a victorious finish! If you're an intermediate + skier or snowboarder, this event is for you! Kids, Youth and Adults are all welcome to participate!
Registration opens at 11:30 AM at the Welcome Center. The cost to enter is $5 and includes t-shirts for the first 50 to register. Once you’ve received your Bib number you can begin practice. Competition begins promptly at 1:00 pm.
Each skier or rider will be given two runs. Best run counts. You'll be scored based on overall style on the bumps and jumps, and a timed run on a NASTAR race course.

Awards and prizes for each age category, and the naming of the KING OF THE MOUNTAIN will be given out in a ceremony fit for a KING on the deck after scoring has been tabulated.
