The spirit of Julia Child returns February 7, 2014 to continue the legendary First Friday dinner tradition at Avon Congregational Church.
The warm ambience of Fellowship Hall will once again be transformed to delight diners with Mama Boswell’s classic “tried and true” Beef Bourguignon recipe served with buttered egg noodles, glazed carrots, green beans, desserts, and beverages.
A portion of the proceeds from the February dinner will be donated to Simply Smiles, a not-for-profit organization that provides bright futures for impoverished children, their families, and their communities.
