Healthy Thanksgiving Cooking Demo: Millers Foods with Chef Todd

Join us at Miller Foods as we host a cooking demo with renown Chef Todd who will be preparing healthy mouth watering Holiday Couscous Stuffing, Turkey Tetrazini and other items available at Miller Foods.



Todd Henri Daigneault grew up in New England working on weekends on his grandparents’ farm in Baltic
Connecticut – something that profoundly influenced his strong work ethic and the way he has viewed food
throughout his life. Eating simple, comfort foods like “Farm to Table” taught him that sometimes the simplest
recipes are best. Yet Daigneault isn’t opposed to creating dishes that use exotic ingredients when the opportunity
arises. Daigneault is deeply committed to using, cooking, and serving healthier foods in healthier portions. He
often quotes Ben Franklin’s famous “Eat to live, don’t live to eat” when teaching people that it’s the joy of food,
not the amount, that’s important. Daigneault received his ASCS from Johnson and Wales University, and was in the same culinary class as Chef Emeril Lagasse, now one of his chef heroes.
