Vietnam War Commemoration Exhibit & Talk with Vets at the Avon Public Library

Vietnam War Commemoration Exhibit: View artifacts and maps from

the Vietnam War at the Avon Public Library now through October 31,
2013 in the Local History Room.  This exhibit is the first in a series
of

events to commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the Vietnam War,
sponsored by Avon's VFW Post 3272 and the Avon Public Library.  The
exhibit is

open during regular library hours: M-T-Th 10-8:30, Wed. 10-6, Fri 10-5,

Talk to a Vietnam Vet on Saturday 9/14 @ the Library from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.  Students and children welcome.
