Special Olympics Connecticut is holding its annual Penguin Plunge at Winding Trails in Farmington to raise money. Registration is from 10am to 11:45am before the plunge, and participants are encouraged to make donations and get friends and family to sponsor their plunge into the icy cold water. Don't forget a towel.
