Avon Food Pantry Collection

Brownstone Bakery for Dogs located at 16 Ensign Drive (off Route 44; behind Country Curtains), Avon CT will be collecting non-perishable food and household items for the Avon Food Pantry now through the holiday season.  The Avon Food Pantry located in the basement of the Church of Saint Ann, 289 Arch Road, Avon CT services 100+ needy families each month.  The Avon Food Pantry has requested donations for non-perishable food items especially healthy snacks for school lunches, household items including bath tissue, laundry detergent, soap, etc. as well as dog and cat food. A donation of dog or cat food helps reduce the number of pets surrendered to shelters.  Please stop by the store to make a donation and help support needy families in the local community.  Please call the store at 860.677.2111 for further information.
