Bushnell Park Foundation to Kick-off Summer in Hartford with a Party
In honor of its key role as one of Hartford’s oldest urban green spaces, the Bushnell Park Foundation will be hosting a special celebration at Bushnell Park. The event will be held on the evening of this year’s summer solstice, June 20, 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Guests will be treated to appetizers, drinks, live music and a live auction.
From summer concerts to winter ice-skating, Bushnell Park has been the centerpiece of Hartford for more than 150 years. Today, it also plays a central role in the iQuilt plan.
A true Hartford gem and the oldest publicly funded park in the country, Bushnell Park welcomes more than one million visitors and hosts over 100 public events each year.
