Mclean Home Care & Hospice to Sponsor "Coping with Loss During the Holidays"

Susan Trovato, MSW, McLean Hospice Social Worker and Bereavement Counselor will be speaking on “Coping with Loss During the Holidays” at Avon Senior Center on Thursday, December 8th at 12:30 PM.

Topics will include: expectations of ourselves and others during the holidays; how to handle the holidays; doing what feels right, and rituals to consider. All are welcome to attend.

McLean Hospice will be holding its Annual Tree of Light and Life Remembrance Ceremony to honor those we have lost on Tuesday, November 29th, from 6-8 PM at Eno Memorial Hall, 745 Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury. Anyone is welcome to attend this uplifting evening of song, readings, music and companionship.
