Avon Company Named Top Workplace

Avon, CT – September 24, 2012 -The Hartford Courant and Fox CT named COCC’s Senior Management Team the “Most Clued-In” in Connecticut at the 2012 Top Workplaces celebration. The Top Workplaces award, based entirely on employee feedback, highlights 50 Connecticut companies that have cultivated a strong connection between their leadership and their employees – all qualities that have generated outstanding results.

Top Workplaces are determined solely by employee feedback. At COCC, each Connecticut-based employee was asked to complete a survey that probed how the company informs and challenges them, provides innovative tools to serve its clients, and celebrates mutual success. COCC was selected from among 649 Connecticut companies who were invited to participate in this year’s competition. COCC jumped from the number nine position among mid-sized companies in 2011 to number three this year.
