How to Cook and Stuff a Miller Foods Turduckenease
Miller Foods puts its own stamp on the turducken.
Cal Miller-Stevens of Miller Foods in Avon demonstrates how to make her famous stuffing and cook the Arch Road food plant's trademarked Turduckenease.
The Turduckenease is boneless and skinless duck and chicken filets stuffed inside a semi-boneless turkey the family business calls the Turkease. You can add your favorite stuffing recipe, make Cal's or cook it without stuffing.
