Dr. Arnold Goldman Canton Animal Hospital LLC helped create "Companions in Crisis" Program

Did you know that CT has a "Companions in Crisis" Program to help people in domestic violence siutations get their pets to safety? Often a victim will not leave the abuse for fear of what the abuser will do to pets left behind. When you call a Domestic Violence Hotline - tell them you need help for your pets also

Congratulations to VNN Members, Dr. Arnold Goldman CANTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL LLC. and Simon Flynn CVMA (Connecticut Veterinary Medical Association) for their recognition by the CT Coalition Against Domestic Violence.

Both were instrumental in helping create a "Companions in Crisis" Program in CT where animals in domestic violence situations are boarded at member veterinary hospitals anonymously until the victim can relocate and start life again. We are VERY PROUD of both of you!
