Latest Health Care Update: What to know NOW!

If there’s one thing certain about the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare or ACA) it’s
that most people are pretty uncertain about it—what’s going to happen, when is it going
to happen, and what are we supposed to do?

What you need to know NOW:

I. ALL EMPLOYERS, large & small, MUST provide ALL existing employees with a notice of
coverage by October 1, 2013. All new hires must be notified within 14 days of their start date
beginning October 1, 2013.
II. Start preparing for the 2015 Employer Mandate NOW.
III. Keep your employees informed.

take more of a proactive approach toward the implementation of the ACA. In
addition, your payroll representative will try to answer any questions you may
have, however, we strongly recommend that you consult with your accountant,
attorney, or insurance broker regarding specifics on how the Affordable Care Act
