In honor of those we have lost, the Farmington Valley VNA's Hospice Program will once again be unveiling our "Tree of Life."
Personalized ornaments in honor or in memory of friends and family members will be displayed on holiday trees at The Simsbury Bank at 981 Hopmeadow Street in Simsbury and The Simsbury Bank at 11 Hartford Avenue in Granby from Thanksgiving through New Year's. Ornaments may also be picked up at the agency for your personal use.
Snowflake, star, snowman, and oval ornaments are available for personalization for a suggested donation of $20.00 or more. All proceeds from this fundraising event will be used to further our charitable mission of providing Hospice services for clients and families who may be experiencing financial hardships, and to support the continuing education of our Hospice staff and volunteers.
