20-Year-Old Charged with Larceny

The following information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Larceny

Matthew Robert Finucane, 20, 99 Ely Rd., Farmington was charged with fifth-degree larceny on March 9 at 1:03 p.m. He turned himself in on an outstanding warrant, said, and was released on a $10,000 surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on March 21.

Police arrested Finucane in February on a charge of first-degree robbery in connection to a at in Old Avon Village.
