$50,000 Bond for Man Charged with Reckless Endangerment
The following information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction
Reckless Endangerment
Marcel Townes, 23, 138 Sutton Pl., Bloomfield, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment and interfering with a police officer on June 12 at 10:20 a.m. Police also cited him with operating a vehicle with a driver's license that is suspended or revoked and disobeying the signal of an officer for the first time. His bond ws set at $50,000 and he was scheduled to appear in Hartford Superior Court on June 13.

Brandon S. Cook, 20, 122 Water St., Apt. 313, Torrington, was charged with fifth-degree larceny on June 11. He was arrested on Route 8 in Torrington and his bond was set at $2,500. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 27.
