Avon Police Blotter: July 10, 2012

Larceny
Nathaniel Calloway, 22, of 126 New Britain Ave., Plainville, was charged with sixth-degree larceny on July 10 at 11:57 a.m. Police released him after he posted a $2,500 surety bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on July 18.
Using Motor Vehicle without Permission or Vehicle Tampering

Elizabeth Lee Griffin, 42, of 239 Old Farms Rd., Apt. 7A, Avon, was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission or tampering. She was arrested on an outstanding warrant on July 10 at 10:16 a.m. and was released on a written promise to appear in court on July 18.
