Failure to Appear

Louis E. Pinel-Zelaya, 19, 43 Chevas Rd., Avon, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Dec. 22 at 7:57 a.m. released him on a $7,500 non-surety bond and he was scheduled to appear in court that day.
