Avon Fire Department Calls: Six Hazardous Condition Incidents July 22-28, 2012

There were no fires in Avon over the past week, however the Avon Volunteer Fire Department did respond to six hazardous condition incidents, according to its new calls log posted on avonvfd.org/calls.
A hazardous condition without fire, according to the fire department's website, include calls include but are "not limited to":
"combustible or flammable substances, such as gasoline or propane, natural gas leaks, chemical spills, carbon monoxide incidents, down power lines, electrical problem, or an explosion without fire caused by steam, gas or chemical reaction."
