Violation of Probation
Derek J. Rego, 43, 10 Birchwood Rd., Avon, was charged with two counts of violation of probation on April 2 at 7:12 p.m. Police arrested Rego on a warrant at a swim club on Craigmore Circle. He was held on two $5,000 bonds, one attached to each incident. He was scheduled to appear in court on April 3.
