Avon Police Blotter: Aug. 14 to 16, 2012

The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

DUI

Mary Allison White, 44, of 8 Stevens St. in Avon, was charged with operation while under the influence on Aug. 15 at 9:28 p.m. Police also cited her with failure to drive in the propert lane and failure to obey a stop sign after pulling her over at the intersection of Arch Road and Sylvan Street. After posting a $500 non-surety bond, she was released. White is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 29.

Violation of Probation

Jimmy Jusino, 33, of 40 Pratt St. in Winsted, was charged twice with violation of probation in connection to two separate incidents after her turned himself in to Avon police on a warrant on Aug. 15 at 12:17 a.m. He posted two $25,000 bonds and was released. Jusino is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 29.

Failure to Appear

Stacey Ayala, 26, of 20 Westland St. in Hartford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear on Aug. 14 at 10:48 p.m. due to an outstanding arrest warrant. She was held in Avon police custody on a $5,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in court that day. 

Larceny

Dawn J. Meegan, 48, of 17 Case Circle in West Simsbury, was charged with sixth degree larceny on Aug. 14 at 8:30 p.m. Police released her on a $500 non-surety bond. She is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 29.
