Breach of Peace

William R. Hooper, 24, of 103 Country Club Rd., Avon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree criminal mischief on Dec. 15 at 11:52 p.m. Police released him on a $1,000 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 8.

Tampering with Motor Vehicle without Permission

Ryan Lemieux, 30, of 40 West St., Vernon, was charged with using or tampering with a motor vehicle without permission and avoidance/tampering - ignition interlock device on Dec. 19 at 10:56 a.m. Police released him on a written promise to appear in court on Dec. 20.
