Interfering with an Officer
Jordan Michael Evans, 26, of 23 Westbury, Avon, was charged with interfering with a police officer, evading responsibility and failure to drive in the proper lane on Jan. 1, 2014 at 4:30 a.m. Police released him on a $1,000 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 15, 2014.
Operation While Under the Influence
Caitlin Ross, 22, of 935 Logan St., Apt. 301 Denver, CO, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with traveling too fast for the conditions on Dec. 27 at 3:18 a.m. Police released her on a $500 non-surety bond and she is scheduled to appear in court on Oct. 8, 2014.
