Avon Police Blotter: Dec. 28, 2012 to Jan. 4, 2013

The following arrest information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

Failure to Appear

Preston Alexander Clark, 26, of 156 Main St., Apt. D10, Avon, was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Jan. 2 at 4:13 p.m. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant and issued a $1,000 cash bond. Clark is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 2.

Larceny

Matthew Block, 19, of 16 Tuller Circle, Simsbury, and Shane Beauregard, 22, of 121 Gracey Rd., Canton, were both charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny and two counts conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny on Dec. 31, 2012 at 1:02 p.m for two separate cases. They were both released on two $500 non-surety bonds and scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 16.
