Kyle Lewis Canning, 37, of 613 Highland Ave., Torrington, was charged with first-degree criminal tresspass on Dec. 8 at 8:24 a.m. Police released him on a $500 surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court that day.
Criminal Violation of Restraining Order
Malcom McGough, 55, of 155 Reverknolls in Avon, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order on Dec. 6 at 10:16 p.m. He was released after posting a $10,000 surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in court that day.
Larceny
Michael Zionta, 18, of 126 Cold Springs Rd. in Avon, was charged with fourth-degree larceny on Dec. 6 at 11:35 a.m. He was released on a $5,000 surety bond and scheduled to appear in court that day.
