Operation While Under the Influence
Charles Boyd Aust, 59, of 68 Dyer Ave., Collinsville, was charged with operation while under the influence and drinking while operating a motor vehicle on Feb. 4 at 7:17 p.m. He was also cited with failure to carry registration or insurance ID, failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to have headlamps. He was released on a $250 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 20.
Interfering with an Officer

Donald A. Lanthier, 56, of 420 Torrington Road in Litchfield, was charged with interfering with an officer and disorderly conduct on Feb. 1 at 2:49 p.m. Police released him on a $2,000 bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 13.
