Avon Police Blotter: Feb. 17-18, 2013

Disorderly Conduct
A juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct on Feb. 18 at 1:11 p.m. Avon police released the individual on a written promise to appear in court on March 1. The department does not release the identities of juveniles.
Conspiracy to Commit Larceny

Troy Dwayne Whitehead, 44, of 24 Roger St. in Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree conspiracy to commit larceny on Feb. 17 at 4:11 p.m. He was released on a $500 non-surety bond.
Whitehead was also charged with violation of probation for a separate case at the same day and time in Walmart Plaza. Police set his surety bond at $10,000. He was arrested on an outstanding warrant. Whitehead was scheduled to appear in court for both charges on Feb. 27.

Larceny
Angela Mangino, 43, of 29 Stinson Pl. in Windsor, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny on Feb. 17 at 4:06 p.m. Police set her surety bond at $500 and she was scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 27.
