Disorderly Conduct
Sarah C. Malentacchi, 34, 6 Pine Trail, Avon, was charged with disorderly conduct, which is a Class C misdemeanor, on Aug. 29 at 9:11 p.m. She was arrested in her home and released on a $1,000 non-surety bond. Malentacchi's next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 18 at 10 a.m. at Hartford Superior Court.
Patrick S. Fernald, 39, 52 Huckleberry Hill Rd., Avon, was charged with disorderly conduct, a Class C misdemeanor, on Aug. 28 at 10:26 p.m. Police arrested him at his home and released him on a $500 non-surety bond. He is next scheduled to appear in Hartford Superior Court on Oct. 17

Bette Jayne Nicotera, 41, 60 Starkel Rd., Apt. 204, West Hartford was charged with disorderly conduct, which is a Class C misdemeanor, on Aug. 25 at noon. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and her next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 7 at 10 a.m. at Hartford Superior Court.

Henry M. Matyjewicz, 53, 174 Putnam St., Apt. 1A, Hartford, was charged with operation while under the influence on Aug. 29 at 5:50 p.m. Police released him on a $500 non-surety bond and his next court appearance is scheduled for Sept. 16 at Hartford Superior Court.
