Avon Police Blotter for Sept. 17-18, 2011

The following information was provided by the Avon Police Department and does not indicate a conviction.

DUI

Jennifer L. Rubino, 41, 48 Queens Peak, Canton, was charged with driving under the influence with implied consent to test refuse on Sept. 17. She was arrested at 369 West Main St. Police also cited her with failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to have headlights lit and operation of a vehicle with a suspended or revoked license, which are infractions. She was released on a $500 non-surety bond and scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 28.

Dionices Flores, 32, 28 Barker St., third floor, Hartford, was charged with operation of a vehicle while under the influence on Sept. 18. Police arrested Flores at the intersection of West Main St. and Westridge Dr. and also charged him with failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to display plates or inserts, which are both infractions. Police released him on a $500 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 28.
