Avon Police Blotter for Sept. 27, 2011

Failure to Appear
Michael Ryan Pancheri, 32, 45 Dry Bridge Rd., Canton, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, a Class A misdemeanor, on Sept. 27 at 3:55 p.m. Police released him on a $2,500 surety bond and his next scheduled court date is Oct. 12.
Assault

Elizabeth L. Griffin, 41, 239 Old Farms Rd., Apt. 7A, Avon, was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and interfering with an officer on Sept. 27 at 12:06 p.m. She was arrested in her home and police released her on a $1,000 non-surety bond. She was scheduled to appear in court on Sept. 28. Third-degree assault and interfering with an officer are Class A misdemeanors and disorderly conduct is a Class C misdemeanor.
