Operation While Under the Influence
Stephen Thomas Cerreto, 34, of 155 Campfield Rd., Manchester, was charged with operation while under the influence and cited with failure to drive in the proper lane on Jan. 6 at 2:32 a.m. Police released him after he posted a $2,500 non-surety bond and he is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 16.
Threatening
Derek Joseph Rego, 44, of PO Box 23, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening. Police, who said he threatened to burn down his wife's home, arrested him at 10 Birchwood Rd. in Avon on Jan. 4 at 12:58 a.m. Police issued him a $5,000 surety bond. Rego was scheduled to appear in court that day.
